Daddy Daughter Night

Every few years, our elementary school puts on a daddy-daughter night (they also have a mother-son night, but we don't care about that one... yet). Ryan had the wonderful opportunity of taking his two beautiful daughters this year and enjoying time alone with just the three of them. They started the night with dinner at Vince's Pizza, one of our local favorites. Then off to the school they went for the event.

This year the daddy-daughter theme was "Around the World," and the coordinators did SUCH a cute job of putting it all together (at least, from what the kids told me). When the kids arrived, they were each given a passport with the names of each of the countries they would be visiting that night. Each room at school was decorated as a different country full of native foods, music, craft projects, etc. The kids made postcards, tried different foods, and got their pictures taken in a photo booth with their daddy. It was a great excuse for some much needed daddy time!

The daddy-daughter night was almost cancelled due to a big snow storm that blew in that afternoon. Luckily, the coordinators moved the time up a few hours and everybody was still able to go have some fun...

All dressed up and ready to go...

It was too bad Kendall couldn't go, too, but she'll get her turn in a few years. Kendall, Hudson and I had our own fun at home...
