Art Festival 2015

It's amazing the kind of talent our great elementary school art teachers can pull out of each child at school. Every piece is so unique and original. I love seeing the different interpretations of the same thing at our annual art show. Art is interesting, especially when done by elementary-aged students!

Brooklyn's art was titled "Broadway Boogie Woogie" which was modeled after one made by the artist Mondrian.

 Ella made a clay pot this year. They are learning a lot about Native Americans, and her piece is covered in pictures used by the Native Americans. The book attached to the pot is a story Ella wrote to go with the pot titled, "The Wise Man"...
