Every night, just after the golfers leave the golf course and before the sun goes down, we all head out onto the course to run around and play. One night all 20 of us decided to play baseball. I thought my girls knew how to play baseball... they don't. Aunt Lisa had to teach Ella how to swing the bat. Once she did, though, Ella would go chasing after the ball instead of running to first base. Once we finally got her onto first base, she still wanted to chase the ball after the next batter hit it instead of running to second. She didn't get it at all and it was hilarious. I may never live it down that my two girls didn't know how to play baseball.

I guess it doesn't matter that she doesn't know how to play as long as she's having fun.

Even with my excellent coaching skills, Ella still couldn't quite understand that she should run to the bases rather than chase after the ball.

Sugar and Chandler helped out, too.

Sugar, Taylor, Ella and Hunter all on first base.

After a little help from Aunt Lisa, Ella was good to go at bat.

Miss B, Ella, Kendall, Me, Brooklyn and Sugar enjoying the game.
