Ella and Brooklyn were up around 6:30'ish, but stayed in bed till around 7am. We woke up Kendall and Hudson and headed downstairs to see if Santa made it to our house and if we were good enough to get a gift...
Ella got a Crayola Color Wheel, Legos, snow boots and a few other goodies...
Of course, this was Hudson's first Christmas and he had no idea what was going on. I think he was pretty upset he didn't get his breakfast at the usual time. However, he did seem excited about his new sippy cups...
Brooklyn got a veterinarian kit complete with xrays, stethoscope, scale, charts, scrubs, etc. She also got her very first Lego set, shoes and other goodies ...
Ryan and the girls tried hard to teach Hudson how to open a present, but he wasn't all that interested. He did enjoy taking the girls' gifts that had already been opened...
Kendall was thrilled when she opened up her twin American Girl dolls... a girl and a boy. She started playing with them immediately while Ella and Brooklyn opened some of her other gifts for her. She also got an ice cream maker from Hudson, her own kitchen apron, rolling pin and cookie cutters...
Ella played "Santa" and handed out the presents...
Ella bought me this ring at her school "Christmas Store." I gave Ella and Brooklyn five dollars each to spend on the whole family's Christmas gifts at the school store (yes, that's only $1 per person). They did such a great job carefully selecting their gifts for each person...

Kendall got twin American Girl dolls for Christmas. Who knew the twin dolls would be such a hit with Brooklyn, too?! Luckily, Kendall was nice enough to share one with Brooklyn all day long. They had so much fun playing with them together and it was nice that they were actually getting along for once!...
