Let it snow, let it snow, let it SNOW!

At 5:00 am this morning we got two phone calls... one from Ella and Brooklyn's school and one from Kendall's school - school is cancelled today - IT'S A SNOW DAY!!!! We looked out the window and saw nothing but white! Yippee!!

The kids quickly shoved breakfast down their throats, jumped into their snow gear, and were out the door by 8:30 am. For two hours we played outside in the cold... sledding, snowmen, and snow angels were our top priority. We LOVE our backyard... it's perfect for all kinds of fun.

We rolled our first and second snow balls so big that I couldn't even lift the second one to put on top of the first one. We'll have to wait for Ryan to get home from work tonight before finishing our newest friend...

I want one of these snow suits for Christmas this year. It is sooooo soft and warm inside...

These two can spend hours out in the snow... even when they're soaking wet from head to toe!...

I guess seeing where you're going is optional?...

Covered in snow...

Brooklyn making snow angels...

Ella sledding down one of the many hills we have at our house...

Wardrobe change. Kendall decided to follow her sisters' lead and try out some of the snow pants and coats we have.
