Cape May Weekend

Ryan and I surprised the kids Thursday afternoon and took them to Cape May, NJ for a long weekend. We borrowed a beach house from one of Ryan's co-workers and spent the weekend walking/rollerblading along the boardwalk, digging for sand crabs, playing in the waves, eating and shopping. We had a total blast!

We headed straight for the sand the minute we unloaded our car. It was a bit cold outside, but that didn't stop us... 

 I love family vacations! It forces siblings to be best friends! ... 

 Every morning, we walked/rollerbladed down the boardwalk to Uncle Bill's Pancake House for breakfast. They have the best strawberry crepes and breakfast bagels... 

 Cape May has the most amazing, FREE, zoo! We spent hours visiting all the animals and then played on their playgrounds...
