Sunrise Hike

I couldn't believe how well my kids did on the Sunrise hike this year. Usually there's piggybacks, falls with scraped knees and hands, blistered feet, etc. This year, everyone made it down the hill - EVEN KENDALL!!!! - without complaint! Hudson even made it most of the way on his own.

Kendall found a great buddy and pace setter with Kaitlyn...

Can you believe every single one of us has on an Allen Homes t-shirt? We must look like the biggest studs on the mountain (or nerds!)...

Jeremy and Case ran all the way up the mountain and down, and then up again to meet us where we were walking down. We caught them for a quick picture before they took off again...

 We are thinking about changing Sugar's name to Lower Lupe. How does that sound? Harder to explain though!///

Once we walk down the mountain, we ride the chair lift up to the top again, only this time we ride it all the way down. It freaked me out a bit this time because I was hanging on to Kendall and Hudson for dear life!
