Kendall's Emoji Birthday

Kendall turned seven this week, and to celebrate, she invite Chloe and Mia to see the new Emoji Movie and lunch. Sugar made these adorable Emoji drawstring goodie bags that I stuffed with popcorn, treats, Emoji face pretzels and graham crackers, Emoji tattoos, and an Emoji water bottle. The kids loved them and Kendall loved going to the movies and lunch with her girlfriends.

At seven years old, Kendall has A LOT of personality - and opinions. She is funny and kind and stubborn, and if it weren't for those amazing big beautiful blue eyes (which she can bat skillfully when she needs to) she'd be getting in a lot more trouble than she does! She still loves to sing her heart out while she's sitting on the potty (and she usually is for very long periods of time), hum all night long till she finally falls asleep, and twirl, leap and cartwheel all over the place when there's enough room to do so. She is doing great in school, and is taking dance and piano lessons again this year. She is such a snuggle bug and loves to sit on laps, hold hands, and will literally climb all over you until she finds a comfortable spot on your body to lay. She is also a carboholic - anything in the bread and pasta family, plus all candy and sugar - are her best friends, and considered by her a complete meal. And, she just recently got her third set of tubes in her ears.

Despite all of the gray hairs this seven-year-old is giving me, I love her to pieces. She's the cutest hand full ever!

Kendall, Mia and Chloe thought they were really cool sitting in a different row than me, Ella, Brooklyn and Hudson...

Kendall asked for crepes with strawberries, powdered sugar, and whipped cream for her birthday breakfast. Good choice!...

Aunt Lisa sent Kendall a remote control puppy dog that looks a lot like her favorite puppy, Jackson. When we're at the cabin in Arizona, Kendall a great deal of time walking and playing with Jackson...

Sugar send Kendall a really fun game called Mancala...

And grandma and grandpa Asay sent Kendall this really cute yarn tree craft to hang her jewelry on and light-up Fidget Spinners...

Counting out her seven dollar bills from GPa...

And Aunt Michel's "ice cream dollar"...

Even Kendall's cousin Berkely sent a gift... this poster to help get us all in the mood for the movie...
