Hudson Turns SIX

It's hard to believe that six years ago I was at the hospital pushing this enormous lump of love out of my belly. But here we are six years later and he's still the sweetest, funniest, quirkiest little lump of love. Only now he's so tall and skinny I'm not sure I can call a lump of anything anymore!

To celebrate Hudson's sixth birthday he decided he wanted dinner at Macaroni Grill, so that's exactly where we went. He hasn't decided what kind of birthday party he wants yet, but I'm sure he'll come up with something.

At six years old, Hudson is 47.8 inches tall (85%) and weighs 47.2 lbs (55%), he's a kindergartener and is picking up on reading and math equasions so quickly now. He loves going to the library and gym class, but also loves music class, too. He's played a few seasons of soccer, and will start again in March for the Spring season. He literally eats everything he can find in the house the minute he walks in the door from school until bedtime. He's still waiting for his first wiggly tooth (and I have to admit I'll be a little sad when that chipped front tooth falls out and new one grows in it's place). He has a big heart and loves the hugs and kisses we all dish out to him when we tuck him in each night. This boy is nothing but joy and he's got an amazing future ahead of him!
