I have to give another shout out to Insect Lore. It's the coolest website! After all the fun we had with the butterflies, Brooklyn and I decided to order Ladybug Land for Ella for her birthday. Again, it was another fun eye-opening educational experience watching ladybugs morph into their various forms. Who knew ladybugs when through so many different phases?!
We finally let our ladybugs go yesterday, but not to worry. The Bargery's (who introduced us to Insect Lore by giving Ella the butterfly house for her 2nd birthday) sent Ella Ant Hill Habitat for her 5th birthday. We're going to mail away for our ant eggs next week (I told Ella I needed a week's vacation from bug babysitting). We can't wait!
