SNOWSTORM!

We finally got a really good snow storm, which dumped a few inches for the kids to go sledding. We had lots of neighbor friends over and spent the next four days playing in the snow every possible moment until it melted and was gone.

Hudson and his buddy Sam waiting for the snow to thicken so they can really take to the hill...

Kendall trying to snowboard on a sled...

The snow is getting thicker and Kendall and Danica decide to build a fort...

Time to start shoveling...

Ella is always a good help!...

We love putting our neighbors to work shoveling snow...

Some of the snow crew...

The snow has finally thickened up and it's time to switch to different sleds to get maximum speed...

Still working on that snow fort...

Danica in her snow cave...

Taking a turn down the hill with Hudson...

We let Ella take a break from shoveling snow with her dad to try her skills on the hill and to see if she can make it all the way to the creek...

Brooklyn and her good friend Lily...

Ella made good use of the weather to complete this near impossible puzzle. Each puzzle piece is a picture of a tiger and I couldn't even look at them without my head exploding! I don't know how she does it, but she's managed to assemble two puzzles in the past year that I would not have even attempted...
